- My order is lost and/or damaged by the courier while being delivered ?
Let us know immediately about the problem and we’ll arrange for one of our team to assit. Please make sure that you check the goods before accepting them from the courier or instead sign for the parcel as unchecked.
- I would like to return my item, is this possible and how do I do this?
It is possible to accept returns however there would be a fee of (15%) for this service which would cover admin and restocking cost and the original postage cost will not be refunded. Custom parts, clearance/sale, simply second items or special orders unfortunately cannot be returned. Return item/s must have an open case within 7 days of taking delivery/receipt, outside of this we will not accept. Please also note that we strictly will not accept returns if the part has been test fitted.
-How do I start the returns process ?
Head over to our contact page and send us a message starting with return, we will supply a returns sheet to include in the package as well as our return address. We do not accept liability for damage during return shipping and we recommend shipping insurance to cover the return and yourself in every circumstances. We can also organise a collection team, at a charge. please enquire.
- The part/s is not fitting to my car, can I get a replacement part/s?
We pride ourselves on the fitment of our parts. We can give tips and support to help with the installation but on the rare chance that there is a manufacturing defect, we will be able to assit with an exchange. We require the part back first before sending out a replacement.
We cannot accept any liability for any damages to parts or the vehicle during installation performed by a third party, any parts installed incorrectly causing damage to the part itself will not covered for return or exchange.
We will not cover any return shipping costs under any circumstance.
